AC Servicing

AC Servicing involves the inspection of the Air Conditioning System and the replenishment of AC Gas. The service is not a part of a General Service and is recommended a minimum of once every year. As with all other systems in the vehicle, the AC System must be serviced to maintain optimal performance. AC gas like all other fluids depletes over time and must be replenished.

When the system has less gas than required, the AC will not be able to efficient cool inside the vehicle. To compensate for that, the engine will work harder, using more fuel and creating more emissions. This pressure on the system can also lead to system failure and resulting in avoidable replacement costs.
